Refund and Returns Policy

At Marin Pura, we take pride in our unique, handmade creations. Since each item is crafted using natural materials like wood, stabilized moss, and stone, every piece is one-of-a-kind. Slight variations from the photos are an inherent part of the product’s unique character.

Returns & Refunds: Due to the fragile and unique nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges, as no two items are identical. We generally do not accept returns if you simply change your mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will review each case individually to determine eligibility for a full or partial refund.

Conditions for Returns (if approved): If a return is exceptionally approved for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. The request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
