By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms:

Handmade Nature: All our products are handmade. You acknowledge that natural materials (wood, moss, stone) have unique characteristics, and no two items are identical.

Shipping: We ship across Europe. Delivery typically takes 14-21 business days. Marin Pura is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

Payment & Currency:

  • International Orders: Payments are processed in US Dollars (USD) via PayPal, Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

  • Local Orders (Georgia): We accept Direct Bank Transfers in GEL.

  • Please note that for international card payments, your bank may apply its own currency conversion rates. Orders will be processed and shipped only after the payment has been confirmed.

Customs and Duties: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Marin Pura is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.
